Christian’s first wife was journalist Ryan Haddon. Their official marriage lasted seven years: the couple divorced in 2007. The couple had two children: now Jayden is 25 years old, and Eliana – 23 years old.

Slater married Brittany Lopez 11 years ago. Before marriage, they dated for three years. The couple has a daughter, Lena, who will turn five this week.
